Blue Shoe Marketing Selected as Agency of Record for Nine Sixty Nine
AUSTIN, TX, August 6, 2007— Blue Shoe Marketing has been selected by home builder Vicinia Development as agency of record for its Nine Sixty Nine development in East Austin.
Blue Shoe, a full-service firm specializing in green and environmentally-conscious marketing, event marketing, conference planning and financial services, has been working with Vicinia since April of 2006. To date, the agency has branded all components of the Nine Sixty Nine project, (http://www.ninesixtynine.com), including development of corporate identity, community signage, direct mail and sales collateral, outdoor promotion, media buying and web design.
In making today’s announcement, Vicinia takes its relationship with the boutique marketing firm to the next level.
“Blue Shoe Marketing has been an exceptional partner and a one-stop resource for us since we started the Nine Sixty Nine project,” said Bryan Jordan of Vicinia. “We see our work with Blue Shoe as a long-term relationship, spanning several projects.”
The new relationship will encompass all of Blue Shoe’s future work on marketing Nine Sixty Nine, which is comprised of three distinct communities – The Villas, Agave and Fiore.
“We are thrilled and galvanized by today’s announcement,” said Vera Fischer of Blue Shoe Marketing. “Our agency will continue its work of strategically marketing the Nine Sixty Nine homes to potential buyers, and providing innovative ideas and creative work that support Vicinia’s bottom line.”
Since its launch in February, 2004, Blue Shoe Marketing has been quietly building a reputation throughout Central Texas in the green home development, financial services and event management sectors. The agency has further established itself as the go-to resource for event planning and trade shows and for executing strategic, creatively designed, results-based marketing campaigns.
Led by Vera Fischer, a marketing communications luminary with 20+ years experience in the field, the firm is poised for continued growth, with plans on moving out of its current Saltillo Lofts space into a much larger, yet-to-be-announced commercial space in spring of 2008.
Other Blue Shoe Marketing clients include Airtricity, the Merchant Risk Council and OMNIBANK.
